- Built and maintain a network spanning 20 offices all interconnected by VPNs, SIP trunking, long-range wireless and/or fiber optics.
- Scripted a sales tracker that uses my own heuristic algorithms to predict which phone numbers in a dataset are more likely to result in a sale based on what we know about the callee and previous sales to people like him/her.
